Not happy with the item you received, or the size or colour doesn’t fit? No worries!
Download and fill in the return form completely. Then place it inside the parcel or drop it off at a Mototrend or partner store near you. Only this way can we refund the amount, after inspection in our main warehouse, to your original payment method.
IMPORTANT: Items must reach us unused and in their original packaging.

Bring the item unused and in its original packaging to a Mototrend or partner store near you, together with the return form (free of charge).
IMPORTANT:
No exchanges or refunds are made directly in store.

Just note it on the return form – we’ll happily exchange it for you.
The return form must be fully completed and the item must reach us unused and in its original packaging. Only this way can we refund the amount, after inspection in our main warehouse, to your original payment method.
You have two options to return or exchange your item:
A. Return the product by post
Send the item unused and in its original packaging, including the fully completed return form, by parcel post (at your own cost) within 10 days to our main warehouse in Seftigen.
