GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY
Online Orders
As a rule, we deliver to you within 1–2 working days.
If delivery takes longer than 7 days, you will be informed by us.
The ordered goods are only dispatched within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping Costs Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Your parcel will be delivered via DPD.
The shipping costs are CHF 9.90 per order.
For orders with a value of CHF 79.00 or more, delivery is free of charge.
Means of Payment
Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard): Payment by credit card is based on a secure SSL credit card transaction (SAQ certification).
Postcard: You can conveniently pay for your purchase by Postcard. Payment is made via a secure connection through Postfinance.
TWINT: You are also welcome to pay for your purchase using TWINT.
Click & Collect Option
The customer has the possibility to order via Click & Collect.
The goods are delivered to the dealer near you.
From an order value of CHF 100.00, no shipping costs apply. The order is ready for collection within 2 to 3 days at the dealer. The desired item is available there for 10 days for fitting. Any return of the ordered goods is free of charge for the customer.
Documents
The order confirmation sent by e-mail is legally binding. No further invoices are sent with the goods.
Returns / Credit Notes
If you return goods to us (only valid within 10 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging), the credit will be refunded to the payment method you used.
Postage costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
Transport Risk
The transport risk is in all cases borne by the customer.
Deliveries in Switzerland are automatically insured by the postal service up to a value of CHF 500.00.
In the event of missing goods, the parcel number can be requested from us.
Transport damage must be reported immediately at the post office counter.
Returns / Complaints
Exchange or return is possible within 10 days of receipt.
The goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and returned with the corresponding return form.
The return form can be downloaded >here, then completed in full and enclosed with the parcel.
Articles that we have specially ordered from our suppliers for you are excluded from the right of return.
Guarantee
Mototrend by Geri Handels AG generally grants a 2-year guarantee on all products from the date of purchase upon presentation of the till receipt or invoice.
Product damages or defects which occur during this period despite proper use and care will be repaired free of charge.
It is always the manufacturer’s decision whether to provide a replacement or repair.
Repairs
We repair all items purchased from us at cost price.
Repairs normally take a maximum of 3 weeks.
If the period is longer, you will be informed.
Items brought to us for repair must be clean.
If we have to clean the items for you, the effort will be invoiced.
Transport costs are borne by the owner.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT.
Errors and price changes are expressly reserved.
Data Protection
Your personal data and all order information are treated confidentially.
Mototrend by Geri Handels AG undertakes not to pass on your data to third parties.
Original Text

In case of contradictions, the German version shall prevail.
